Flash Memory Price Why Has The Growth In Flash Memory Sizes Tailed Off/stopped?

Why has the growth in flash memory sizes tailed off/stopped? - flash memory price

Previously, every few years that you could buy a bigger memory stick or flash memory card for the same price as its predecessor. But boasted in recent years, nothing happened, in fact 64GB USB drives do not seem as cheap as I thought I would be now. By my calculations, would have 256 GB drives on sale. You have reached a limit?

not only from 512 to 1GB 2Gbs to 4Gbs to 8 Gb of VAT is easier, but as it grows it will be slow. I think they should stop using flash memory to read / write limitation is a murderer. If you do something else with the same or better / less capacity.
