Did anyone read the diet in a women's magazine about consuming a spoon of walnut or olive oil daily? - daily olive oil spoon

If someone has, I lost my journal and I do not remember exactly what to do. Who knows if it really works? Thank you!

I read it, but it was coconut oil. It was a teaspoon per day, and should apply to all sorts of things, such as weight loss, increased energy prices, better health, etc. do, fashion, etc. only a little ... There are about 100 calories in a teaspoon of oil, so that they gain about a pound a month if it was stupid ...

I have read, not in this article. However, it was noted that olive oil or nuts healthier than corn oil, which is what we are together in the stores.

The FDA has just hit big fines on companies that false information about fashion and products, herbal weight loss. In his statement, said that the only way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories and more exercise.

A healthy diet you can stick to, then keep it too. Make a plan to keep up with moderate exercise, and then keep it too.

This is the only method that works.

What most people do not need any "tricks" and "secrets", but the moral support. Overeating is a disease of isolation. That's when you feel lonely, disconnected, incomplete without love ... that when consumed in excess. I recommend a support group for emotional and spiritual church, a synagogue, a yoga class, Overeaters Anonymous, either.

Who will make the difference you are looking for. Good luck!
