Can I hook up the speakers of a Bose LifeStyle 12 with any brand receiver? - can you use other brands of speakers with another brand of reciever
The recipient of my Bose Lifestyle 12 tot is, I can substitute a different brand of receiver? I know it's an old system, but try to see what my options. Thank you!

I am not familiar with the speakers, but must be 4 to 16 ohms, 8 are likely. It should run on almost any receiver can not go alone recognize it when it happens, is distorted.
